Amar'e Stoudemire. The new 6-foot, 10-inch New Yorker has landed a five-bedroom penthouse at 99 Jane Street in the West Village for $37,500 per month, according to the Post. The condo, which has 4,500 square feet in its interior and a 4,500-square-foot terrace, has views of the Hudson River and of course, high ceilings. Once listed for $16.5 million, the previous tenant was Goldman Sachs executive Richard Kimball, who was known for hosting wild parties at the pad and whose lease was not renewed. Stoudemire is planning to move in after the New Year.
