We’re excited to announce that the campaign is officially going Nationwide! Fans from every corner of the league have been flooding the inboxes with questions of the future of the Laugh At LeBron Campaign and there seemed to be no other choice than to continue onward with it. It seems not only Cleveland fans are tired, annoyed and fed up with the hype down in Miami but MOST fans are. After much discussion, New York City seemed the most logical destination to pick up where Cleveland left off. December 17th, 2010 is New York’s opportunity to participate, their chance to be heard. KnicksGM.com is helping coordinating the NY campaign and they can be reached at any time on their website (Knicksgm.com) or twitter (@KnicksGM).What we have planned is a unified campaign involving 3 simple tactics.

  • When he is being introduced on the mic, ONLY him: BOO BOO BOO (So don’t boo anyone else, not coach or 4 other teammates. (We’ll merge into laughter down the road.)

  • When powder is being thrown in the air: Turn your backs.

  • When at the free throw line: One Jeer and only one - M.O.P. – (Most Overrated Player)

We know the campaign is called LAUGH At LeBron but most people are still angry and fed up with him, so laughter isn’t coming quite as easy to most. Believe me though, we’ll all get there. For now I leave you with one quote in particular that was actually made by another player down in Miami, D. Wade. And in this quote he arrogantly reminded us ALL of why we should be thankful for the union that was created down in South Beach, here it is:

“And even on the road, because every place is going to sell out when we come to town. So [opposing teams] can thank us now.”teams] can thank us now.”
“And even on the road, because every place is going to sell out when we
